Terms & Conditions for Special Offer: Free RAVEPLUGS in Exchange for Video Review

1. Offer Overview

This special offer allows customers to receive a full refund on their RAVEPLUGS purchase by submitting a video review, subject to the terms outlined below. The offer is valid for all orders made until 12 AM on November 1, 2024, or while supplies last, at the sole discretion of BYONIA.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Video Review: To qualify for the refund, you must submit a video review of at least 30 seconds in length that shows you using the RAVEPLUGS and sharing your experience. The video must include your face and the RAVEPLUGS clearly.
Quality Standards: The video must be recorded vertically, with a minimum resolution of 1080x1920, and clear audio quality. The review must be recorded in your own voice (no text-to-speech or dubbed audio).
Submission Deadline: The video review must be sent within 30 days of receiving the product.
Content & Consent: By submitting the video, you consent to BYONIA using the content for marketing purposes across various channels (e.g., social media, website, advertisements).
Refund Limit: Only one pair of RAVEPLUGS can be refunded per order and per person-reviewer.

3. Submission Process

How to Submit: Once you've recorded your video review, please send it via email to [your email address] along with your order number and a statement confirming your consent for us to use the video for marketing purposes.
Refund Process: Upon receiving your video and verifying that it meets all requirements, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

4. Video Content Guidelines

Honest Feedback: We value authenticity. Your review can be either positive or negative, as long as it’s genuine and in accordance with your experience using RAVEPLUGS.
Ownership & Use: By participating in this offer, you confirm that the video is your original content, and you grant BYONIA the right to use, modify, and share the video publicly for marketing purposes without any further compensation.

5. Return & Refund Policy

The terms of this special offer supplement BYONIA's existing Return & Refund Policy. If the video review is not provided or does not meet the submission requirements, the regular 30-day return policy applies.
Please ensure the RAVEPLUGS and original packaging are undamaged to qualify for the refund under this offer.

6. Shipping & Processing

Shipping times and processing details remain as per BYONIA's standard Shipping Policy.
All return shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Privacy & Data Usage

All personal information, including the video review and any associated data, will be handled according to BYONIA's Privacy Policy.
Participants have the right to request withdrawal of consent for their video to be used at any time by contacting hello@byonia.com. However, withdrawing consent may result in forfeiture of the refund provided through this special offer.

8. Limited Offer & Right to Terminate

This offer is limited to a certain number of RAVEPLUGS and is valid while supplies last.
BYONIA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
